You are energetic, inspiring and adventurous You have knowledge of food and beverage standards You enjoy going above and beyond for your team and guests You have knowledge of banquet space organization You work well independently and as a member of a cohesive team You possess a current Food Handlers permit and OLCC Server's Permit You are available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays You have a minimum of one year of serving experience, ideally in a hotel/resort environment What you'll do… Maintain a professional standard at Tetherow including, but not limited to, appearance, interaction with members, associates, guests of the resort, verbal discussions and written correspondence • Uphold the standards, expectations, and service quality for all events set forth by Tetherow • Prepare rooms for events (set table cloths, dishes, silverware and condiments as needed) Study and know understand menus to answer guest questions related to food and beverage options Know and understand health regulations and liquor laws Follow directions as detailed from Banquet Captain, Lead Server or Food and Beverage Manager Handle client/guest complaints and problems in a professional manner to ensure a successful outcome Assist with opening and closing duties, as well as complete side duties Manage time efficiently to prepare for multiple events Benefits & Extra Perks!
