Role:

• We're seeking a highly motivated and organized Events Director to lead our events and activities team.

As Events Director, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing a wide range of events, including social gatherings, entertainment programs, and educational seminars. Your primary goal will be to create a welcoming and inclusive environment that promotes socialization, connection, and overall resident satisfaction.

• Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate events, including theme parties, outings, and special occasions
• Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, recreation, and culinary services to design and execute events
• Manage event budgets, schedules, and logistics to ensure efficient execution
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and community partners to ensure high-quality event experiences
• Identify and capitalize on opportunities to promote resident engagement and community building
• Recruit and manage event volunteers and staff as needed
