Job Description

Our solutions improve the techniques and outcomes of surgery so patients can resume their lives as quickly as possible. Key Responsibilities Support the planning and coordination of corporate meetings, customer and surgeon events, training programs, conferences, and other business events. Assist with event logistics, including venue coordination, room blocks, transportation, food and beverage, audiovisual needs, signage, materials, and meeting-room setup. Help manage attendee registration, invitations, confirmations, communications, and tracking. Coordinate with internal stakeholders, venues, hotels, vendors, and other event partners to support successful execution. Prepare event materials, schedules, attendee lists, presentations, name badges, signage, and other meeting collateral. Maintain event timelines, checklists, budgets, invoices, and related documentation. Provide onsite support for meetings and events, including registration, setup, attendee assistance, vendor coordination, and troubleshooting. Track event-related expenses and assist with invoice reconciliation and budget reporting. Support post-event activities, including attendee feedback, reporting, documentation, and identification of opportunities to improve future events. Assist with additional Meeting & Events projects and administrative responsibilities as needed. Routinely handle confidential information in a discreet, professional manner.
