Member Relations Manager (Country Club)
Job Description
The Member Relations Manager is food and beverage position responsible for the planning, coordination, promotion, and execution of the Club's internal events, working closely with other F&B leadership, to create well-planned, engaging experiences in a fast-paced environment. Hospitality food and beverage event planning experience is needed, with private club experience preferred.
Schedule:
Primarily Tuesday-Saturday, with flexibility required based on the Club's event and operating schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Qualifications include the following 2-5 years' experience in event planning, hospitality, private club preferred Strong communication, organization and project management skills Excellent written, verbal, and communication skills Detail oriented, able to meet deadlines, and set priorities. Experience creating promotional materials & digital communications, Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and design/marketing platformsPrimary Responsibilities Include:
Event Planning & Execution- Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of internal Club events and member programming creating themes in cooperation with F&B leaders. Cross Department Coordination
- Serve as a central point of coordination for internal Club events, working collaboratively with Food & Beverage, Culinary, Golf, Racquets, Aquatics, Membership, and other departments to ensure effective planning and execution Member Communications
- Create and distribute member-facing communications promoting Club events, programming, dining experiences, and other activities. Develop, prepare, and send event promotional materials, including flyers, signage, Support for Private Events
- Provide planning and operational support to the Banquet team for private events as needed.

$55,000.00- $60,000.
