About the Role We're looking for someone to own and elevate our birthday party experience from start to finish. This role is perfect for someone who loves creating magical, high-energy experiences for kids—while also keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes. What You'll Do Coordinate and lead birthday parties on weekends Serve as the main point of contact for families before and during events Oversee setup, flow of activities, and cleanup Lead games, facilitate gym time, and keep the energy high Manage party timeline so everything runs on schedule Support and direct additional staff during parties Ensure every family leaves feeling taken care of
