We focus on high-quality guest experiences, beautiful photos, and a unique event presence. We are looking for a reliable, organized, and outgoing Business & Operations Manager who can both help manage the business behind the scene and run events. Position Overview This role combines business management, logistics, and event hosting . The ideal candidate enjoys interacting with people at events while also managing scheduling, communications, and operational details during the week. You will be responsible for ensuring events run smoothly, clients have an excellent experience, and the business operates efficiently. Peak season for the business is from April - October with multiple events in a single weekend. Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Operations Manage booking calendar and event schedule Respond to inquiries and leads Send quotes, contracts, and invoices Track deposits and collect payments Order and maintain event supplies and props Maintain equipment and vehicle readiness Client & Event Coordination Confirm event details with clients before their event Coordinate logistics with venues and planners Manage event timelines and setup requirements Ensure client expectations are met or exceeded Marketing & Growth Support Capture event content for social media Request and manage client reviews Assist with partnerships and vendor relationships Help implement promotions or referral programs Event Operations Manage a team of 3-5 part time and seasonal employees Transport and operate the ShutterBus photo booth at events Set up and break down equipment at venues Engage with guests and encourage participation Manage photo booth software and printing Maintain props and booth presentation Troubleshoot equipment issues during events Represent the brand professionally at weddings and events Ideal Candidate You are someone who: Is outgoing and comfortable talking with guests Is organized and detail oriented Enjoys both events and business operations Can solve problems independently Takes pride in creating great customer experiences Requirements Valid driver's license and clean driving record Comfortable driving a vintage vehicle to events Able to lift and move equipment (40-50 lbs) Available evenings and weekends Strong communication and organization skills Basic technical comfort with computer, printers, and
