Chapter President & Board of Directors About EO Las Vegas EO Las Vegas is the local chapter of the Entrepreneurs' Organization (EO), a global community of entrepreneurs and business owners. Our members are founders, CEOs, and business leaders who come together to learn from one another, build meaningful relationships, attend educational and social events, and grow both personally and professionally. EO Las Vegas hosts events, educational programs, retreats, social experiences, and other opportunities throughout the year for our members and their families. We are looking for an organized, proactive, people-focused Chapter Manager to help run our Las Vegas chapter and create an exceptional experience for our members. About the Role Think of the Chapter Manager as the person who keeps everything moving. You will work closely with our volunteer Board of Directors and be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the organization. One day you might be planning an upcoming member event, the next you may be onboarding a new member, preparing for a board meeting, communicating with members, coordinating with a vendor, reviewing an invoice, or making sure an important project stays on schedule. This is a great role for someone who loves people, organization, events, communication, and getting things done. What You'll Do Keep the Chapter Organized Manage calendars, meetings, projects, records, communications, deadlines, and other day-to-day chapter operations. Prepare materials for Board meetings, take meeting minutes, track action items, and help our volunteer leaders stay organized and on schedule. Take Care of Our Members Help new members get started and make sure current members stay informed, connected, and engaged. Answer questions, communicate important information, coordinate member programs, assist with renewals, and help prospective members through the application process. Plan Great Events Help plan and execute educational events, social events, dinners, workshops, retreats, member experiences, and other programs throughout the year. This role requires traveling nationally and internationally up to 4-5x a year for retreats, and training. This includes finding venues, coordinating vendors, managing registrations, tracking budgets, communicating with attendees, and being onsite to make sure events run smoothly. Working hours may vary from week to week depending on events and timing of events. Events often happen in the evenings or could be on weekends. Manage Programs Help coordinate our programs for entrepreneurs, including scheduling meetings and educational days, communicating with participants and coaches, managing applications, and keeping program information organized. Handle Communications Create and send newsletters, event invitations, reminders, announcements, and other member communications. Help keep our website, event calendar, registration pages, and basic marketing materials up to date. Work With Sponsors & Partners Communicate with chapter sponsors and business partners, coordinate agreements and payments, and make sure they receive the benefits and recognition included in their partnerships. Help Manage the Business Side Assist with invoices, payments, reimbursements, contracts, budgets, expense tracking, membership billing, and maintaining accurate records. You do not need to be an accountant, but you should be comfortable working with numbers, invoices, budgets, and basic financial information. Who We're Looking For We are looking for someone who is: Extremely organized and detail-oriented Friendly, professional, and comfortable working with CEOs, entrepreneurs, and business owners A strong written and verbal communicator Able to manage many projects and deadlines at the same time Proactive and able to anticipate what needs to happen next Comfortable making decisions and solving problems Dependable and excellent at following through Comfortable working independently Tech-savvy and able to learn new systems quickly Flexible and willing to jump in wherever needed Someone who genuinely enjoys creating great experiences for people This is not a role where someone will give you a checklist every morning.
