7 - 37.5 with an approximate salary range of $37,190-$44,640 and is subject to change based on experience, skills and qualifications. What You'll Be Doing Maintain accurate guest and alumni records across Lehigh's data systems, identifying and resolving discrepancies to protect data integrity Process event-related payments, invoices, and financial transactions in line with university procedures Coordinate end-to-end event logistics from initial planning through to on-site execution Manage registration platforms, ensuring guest information is current and accessible ahead of each event Draft and distribute event communications to alumni, donors, and internal stakeholders Serve as a responsive, professional point of contact throughout the event lifecycle Collaborate with internal teams to align event logistics with broader Development and Alumni Relations goals Support the reconciliation of event budgets and track expenditure against approved allocations Contribute to post-event reviews, capturing data and feedback to improve future guest experiences Provide general administrative support to the Development and Alumni Relations department as required What You'll Bring High School Diploma or GED One to three years of work related experience Experience in administrative coordination, event support, or a comparable role requiring strong attention to detail Strong written and verbal communication skills with a service-oriented approach Demonstrated ability to manage financial transactions or basic budget tracking accurately Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a deadline-driven team Alignment with Lehigh's commitment to building lasting relationships with its alumni and donor community Why Lehigh Lehigh offers a working environment that balances the energy of an engaged campus community with the stability of a well-established institution.
