In this role, you will oversee every aspect of event execution—from pre-planning to day-of coordination. This is an entry-level position built for a self-starter eager to develop leadership skills and advance quickly within a expanding media and events company.

Key Responsibilities Event Operations & Management:

Lead, coordinate, and execute all day-of operations and logistics for regional pop-up events.

Pre-Planning & Prep:

Dedicate 1-3 hours per week to advance event logistics, vendor setup, and administrative planning (hours will scale up during active event weeks).

Team & Regional Development:

Drive the growth of the pop-up event franchise throughout the Central NC region.

Communication & Collaboration:

Actively participate in mandatory weekly virtual planning and strategy meetings.

Special Event Participation:

Attend and participate in LWood Media Group's Call Day on October 12, 2026. Paid Onboarding & Mandatory Training All training costs are fully covered by LWood Media Group and will occur throughout the remainder of the 2026 calendar year. To maintain employment, the selected applicant must complete the following certifications within 30 days of hire: REM Events Operations 1 REM Events Operations 2 REM Event Management 1 Pre-Hire Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and time-management capabilities. Valid U.S. Driver's License. Reliable personal vehicle capable of passing a North Carolina Safety Inspection (for regional travel).
