Job Description:

The Exit Planning Institute is seeking a highly organized, engaging, and professional Virtual Programs Coordinator to serve as the primary host and coordinator for EPI's virtual educational programming and member engagement events. This individual will play a key role in delivering a high-quality experience for community members, faculty, instructors, and event attendees across a variety of live virtual programs. Key Responsibilities Virtual Event Hosting Serve as the live host and moderator for EPI virtual events including: Webinars CEPA Mastermind Groups CEPA Immersion Events CEPA Onboarding Calls Faculty Q&A Sessions Professionally open and close sessions while maintaining a polished and engaging attendee experience Facilitate audience participation, chat moderation, and Q&A discussions Keep events running smoothly and on schedule Event Coordination & Logistics Coordinate directly with instructors, faculty, and guest speakers prior to each event Prepare and manage event agendas Oversee virtual platform logistics including registrations, breakout rooms, polls, recordings, and attendee management Administrative Support Track attendance, participation, and engagement metrics Coordinate post-event follow-up communications and resource distribution Collaborate with other internal EPI departments on scheduling, promotion, and program execution Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the virtual attendee experience Qualifications 2+ years of experience in event coordination, webinar administration, virtual programming, customer engagement, or related roles Strong verbal communication and presentation skills Comfortable speaking live to professional audiences in a virtual setting Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through Experience with Zoom Webinar, Zoom Meetings, Microsoft Teams, or similar virtual event platforms Ability to manage multiple recurring events and deadlines simultaneously Experience with audiences in an educational or business advisory space a plus

Full Time Compensation and Benefits:

Expected salary range: $50,000-$60,000 annually 401(k) program Insurance programs (Health, Vision, and Dental all available)

Unlimited Paid Time-Off Pay:

$50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
