Job Description

Facility Rental Supervisor (Part-Time) Help create safe, successful events at our parks and facilities! St. Andrew's Parish Parks & Playground Commission is seeking dependable, customer-focused individuals to serve as Facility Rental Supervisors . In this role, you'll oversee facility rentals, ensure renters follow agency policies, set up and break down tables and chairs, open and secure facilities, and provide outstanding customer service while maintaining a safe environment.
Schedule:
Part-time Evening and weekend hours based on rental reservations Shifts may extend as late as 10:00 p.m.
Starting Pay:
$16.00 - $17.00 per hour depending on experience
Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required CPR/First Aid/AED certification required (or ability to obtain if applicable) Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull equipment weighing up to 50 pounds and perform event setup and breakdown Strong customer service skills and the ability to work independently This position is ideal for dependable individuals who enjoy working with the public, solving problems, and helping ensure community events run smoothly.
