Duties Greet guests warmly, providing excellent customer service and guest support throughout the event Monitor event areas to ensure safety protocols are followed, responding promptly to any issues or conflicts Manage guest flow and crowd control, including managing ticket scanners when applicable Support children and families by engaging in friendly interactions and ensuring a family-friendly environment Enforce venue rules, safety procedures, and emergency protocols to guarantee a secure experience for everyone Requirements Previous experience in events management or working at event venues is highly desirable Strong conflict management skills with the ability to handle challenging situations calmly and professionally Experience working with children or in hospitality, retail sales, or food service environments is advantageous Basic math skills for processing ticket scanning transactions accurately and efficiently Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Public speaking or theater experience can enhance guest interactions and engagement skills Join us as an Event Staff member and become part of a passionate team dedicated to creating memorable moments! Pay:
