This role is essential in ensuring that events run smoothly and guests have a memorable experience. The ideal candidates will possess a passion for hospitality and a knack for public engagement, making them the perfect fit for various roles within our events. Responsibilities Assist in the setup and breakdown of event spaces, ensuring all equipment and materials are organized and in place. Provide exceptional guest services, addressing inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise during events. Engage with attendees, offering information about the event schedule, activities, and facilities. Support food service operations, including serving food and beverages while maintaining cleanliness and organization. Collaborate with team members to ensure all aspects of the event are executed seamlessly. Manage crowd control and ensure safety protocols are followed throughout the event. Actively participate in training sessions to enhance skills related to conflict management and guest services. Requirements Experience working with children or in a theater environment is highly desirable. Background in food service or hospitality is a plus. Strong public speaking skills to effectively communicate with guests. Previous experience in guest services or resort environments is beneficial. Ability to manage conflicts calmly and professionally as they arise during events. Familiarity with events management processes is preferred but not required. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn are essential traits for success in this role.
