We're hiring a Full-Time Event Assistant - Sales (Spanish Needed) to represent AT&T at community events and customer locations. No prior sales experience? No problem. We provide training and teach you everything you need to know about our products, customer interactions, and career advancement opportunities. If you have strong communication skills and enjoy helping people, you'll fit right in. Responsibilities of the Event Assistant -
Sales:
Represent AT&T professionally at promotional events and customer locations. Engage with customers in both English and Spanish to educate them about AT&T products and services. Answer customer questions and recommend solutions based on their needs. Assist with event setup, organization, and maintaining an inviting presentation. Build positive relationships with customers through friendly, professional interactions. Process customer enrollments accurately and maintain organized records. Collaborate with teammates to achieve daily and weekly goals. Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities. Qualifications of the Event Assistant -
Sales:
Fluent in both English and Spanish (required). Strong communication and customer service skills. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Comfortable interacting with customers in a face-to-face environment. Previous experience in retail, hospitality, restaurants, customer service, or events is a plus, but not required. Reliable transportation and availability to work full-time.
Pay:
$56,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
