About the Role The Barn at Four Pines Ranch is looking for dependable, hard-working team members to help us create great experiences for our couples and their guests. Our Wedding & Event Staff are an important part of every event. You'll work alongside our coordination and venue team to help with setup, food service, guest needs, keeping the venue clean throughout the evening, and end-of-night cleanup. This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys staying busy, working with a team, and being part of weddings and special events. We are heading into our busy fall wedding season, and strong team members will have opportunities to continue working events with us year-round. What You'll Do Arrive approximately 2-3 hours before events to assist with setup Help prepare tables, décor, catering areas, and food service stations Assist with buffet service and guest needs during the event Bus tables and keep guest areas clean throughout the evening Manage trash and help keep the venue organized Cut and serve wedding cake when needed Assist the coordination and venue team wherever needed Help with end-of-night cleanup and resetting the venue Everyone helps where needed — there is no "that's not my job" mentality on our team. Typical Schedule Most weddings take place Thursday through Sunday .

PM Friday & Saturday:

approximately 3:00 PM-12:00/12:30 AM Schedules vary based on our wedding calendar. Weekend and evening availability is important, especially during our busiest months from October through December . What We're Looking For You'll be a great fit if you are: Dependable and punctual Friendly, professional, and respectful around guests Comfortable working as part of a team Willing to jump in wherever help is needed Comfortable being on your feet for most of your shift Able to lift approximately 25-40 lbs Able to work late evenings and weekends Wedding, restaurant, banquet, catering, or hospitality experience is a plus, but not required . We are happy to train the right person. A current Food Handler Certificate is also a plus.
