Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and energetic F&B Supervisor to lead our team at Cheeky Monkeys Fairview (Allen/McKinney). In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily operations, especially in our cafe,, manage staff, and ensure an exceptional experience for our guests. Your leadership will drive sales, maintain safety standards, and foster a positive environment that encourages teamwork and growth. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your management skills while creating memorable moments for families and children alike. Duties Supervise daily store operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow across all areas. Lead, motivate, and develop team members Provide excellent and energetic interaction with our guests (ages 10 months to 8 years) and lead fun activities, games, and events. Oversee inventory management, including stock replenishment, merchandising, and inventory control to maximize sales opportunities. Manage customer service interactions with enthusiasm, resolving issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction. Handle cash handling procedures, POS transactions, and payroll processing with accuracy and integrity. Implement marketing initiatives and promotional activities to boost store visibility and sales performance. Ensure compliance with safety standards, store policies, and health regulations at all times. Experience Proven supervisory or assistant manager experience in retail or entertainment environments. Proficiency with POS systems, inventory management tools, bookkeeping, payroll processing, and retail math. Excellent communication skills in English; multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus for engaging diverse customers and staff. Ability to handle cash handling procedures accurately while maintaining high levels of customer service. Organizational skills with a focus on time management and administrative tasks to ensure operational excellence.
