Birthday parties are the heartbeat of our park — seven party rooms and hundreds of celebrations a year — and this role owns the pipeline that fills them: inquiries, tours, bookings, and the community relationships behind them. This is a sales seat with a real growth path: starting part-time (25-30 hours/week) during pre-opening and growing to full-time as bookings grow. Responsibilities Own party and event sales end-to-end: respond to inquiries, give tours, close bookings, collect deposits, and confirm details in our booking system. Build an outreach pipeline across

Plano and Collin County:

schools, PTAs, youth sports teams, churches, homeschool groups, and corporate outings. Hand every booked event to the operations team with complete, accurate details — this role sells; the floor team executes. Follow up after every party to drive rebooking and reviews. Work a weekday outreach schedule plus up to two weekend party blocks for tours and peak-day presence. Skills At least 1 year of experience in sales, events, hospitality, membership, or a customer-facing role with real follow-up discipline. Warm, organized closer — comfortable on the phone and in person with parents, teachers, and coaches. CRM or booking-system comfort; strong attention to detail on dates, counts, and deposits. Self-directed pipeline builder who treats follow-up as the job, not an afterthought. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. Credentials Must be 18 years of age or older. CPR/AED certification provided and paid by the company. Satisfactory background check is required; any offer is conditional on required screening and employment documentation.
