We're looking for an enthusiastic Entry Level Event Assistant to join our growing team in San Antonio. If you're outgoing, motivated, and passionate about working with people, this is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in event marketing, fundraising, and community engagement. What You'll Do Represent nonprofit organizations at community events and fundraising campaigns. Engage with event attendees and educate them on charitable programs and community initiatives. Inspire supporters through meaningful conversations and help increase awareness for important causes. Assist with event setup, displays, promotional materials, and day-to-day event operations. Help facilitate donor enrollments and maintain accurate campaign information. Collaborate with your team to create memorable event experiences and achieve fundraising goals. Participate in ongoing coaching and professional development. What We're Looking For Positive, outgoing personality with strong communication skills. Passion for helping others and making a difference in the community. Team-oriented, dependable, and eager to learn. Comfortable interacting with the public in a fast-paced environment.
