We're looking for an outgoing and motivated Outreach & Event Assistant to join our team in the Spring area. This entry-level position is a great fit for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in an active environment, and wants to build experience in outreach, fundraising, sales, and event-based engagement. As an Outreach & Event Assistant, you'll work alongside our team at local events and high-traffic locations, connecting with members of the public and representing the organizations and campaigns we support. You'll help create positive interactions, share campaign information, and encourage participation and support. What You'll Do Represent campaigns and organizations at local events and outreach locations Engage with members of the public through friendly, face-to-face conversations Share information about current campaigns, causes, and initiatives Assist with fundraising and promotional efforts Help with event setup, organization, and day-to-day event activities Answer questions and provide a positive experience for supporters and customers Work alongside team members to reach individual and team goals Learn effective communication, outreach, fundraising, and sales techniques Maintain a professional and positive representation of the organizations we support What We're Looking For No previous outreach, fundraising, or event experience is required.
