Job Description
About the Role We are looking for a dependable, organized, and energetic Day-of Wedding Coordinator to join our team! This position is perfect for someone who loves weddings, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys making sure every detail of a couple's special day runs smoothly. As the Day-of Coordinator, you will be the main point of contact on the wedding day and will work closely with the couple, vendors, venue staff, and wedding party to keep everything on schedule and handle any issues that arise. Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for the couple on their wedding day Coordinate the wedding-day timeline from setup through cleanup Communicate with vendors and ensure they know where and when they need to be Assist with ceremony and reception transitions Help coordinate the wedding party and family members Monitor the timeline and keep events running on schedule Assist with setup, décor placement, and final details Ensure vendors follow venue policies and procedures Troubleshoot problems calmly and professionally Help oversee cleanup and ensure the venue is left according to requirements Provide exceptional customer service and create a positive experience for the couple and their guests Complete other wedding-day tasks as needed Complete Final Planning meetings with clients and assist them through planning important details What We're Looking For Previous wedding, event, hospitality, or customer-service experience preferred Highly organized and detail-oriented Excellent communication skills Professional, friendly, and confident personality Able to stay calm and problem-solve under pressure Comfortable taking charge and giving direction when needed Reliable and punctual Able to stand, walk, lift, and be active for extended periods of time Available primarily on weekends during wedding season Must have reliable transportation The Ideal Candidate You are someone who loves weddings and people , notices the little details, and can confidently take control when things don't go according to plan. You understand that weddings can be emotional and fast-paced, and you're able to handle unexpected situations with a calm, positive attitude.
