Job Description:

Beacon Hill was founded to set a new standard in search, career placement and flexible staffing. Our client, a professional services firm, is seeking an Events Coordinator to join their team on a temporary basis in Arlington, Virginia.

About The Job:

Support on-site event coordination and logistics Assist with vendor coordination and communication Provide guest support and ensure a high level of service Oversee event setup and breakdown Communicate schedules and logistics to staff and attendees Ensure the event runs smoothly from start to finish

About You:

Strong customer service or hospitality experience preferred Polished, professional demeanor with strong communication skills Ability to provide a high-touch, guest-focused experience Calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment Experience in events, hospitality, retail, or client-facing roles preferred
