Summary The Senior Event Planning Manager is responsible for leading the planning and execution of large-scale, high-volume group and catering events while delivering exceptional service and creating memorable guest experiences. This role oversees all event details from turnover through execution and serves as a key liaison between clients and hotel operations teams. The ideal candidate is a strongmunicator who can successfully navigate a fast-paced environment, build relationships with clients, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional departments to ensure seamless event execution and operational excellence. This role may also provide leadership, guidance, and support to other Event Planning Managers within the department. Senior Event Planning Managers also are the group's on-site contacts and are responsible for the smooth execution of all events.

Salary:

Proven experience independently managingplex, high-volume group and convention events. Strong knowledge of event detailing, banquet event orders (BEOs), and group resume processes. Strong client relationship management andmunication skills with the ability to confidently lead planning discussions and event logistics. Ability to problem solve quickly and adapt in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
