Execute assigned event tasks with professionalism and attention to detail Support the on-site lead with setup, execution, and breakdown Represent VVS as a point of contact with attendees and vendors as needed Stay calm and solutions-oriented when things move fast Help ensure setup, execution, and breakdown meet VVS standards Communicate clearly with on-site leadership and internal teams Stay aware of environmental & weather conditions and follow safety protocols Assist with shift documentation - photo recaps, event logs, and other procedures as directed You're expected to take ownership of your piece of the event, not just show up for it. What We're Looking For This role is for people with leadership potential and operational maturity - even if you haven't held a formal leadership title yet. Leadership instincts or experience (events, hospitality, athletics, military, or similar environments) Calm, solutions-oriented approach under pressure Strong communication skills Availability for weekends and occasional evenings Hands-on mindset - willing to jump in wherever needed Comfortable standing/walking 6-8+ hours and lifting up to ~50 lbs Reliable transportation to event sites across the DMV area Formal event experience is a plus, but the right attitude and reliability matter most.
