This is an important role on our team. Our Operations Team Members are responsible for helping create successful events by completing setup, maintenance, and facility tasks with a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and pride in their work. We are looking for dependable team members who take initiative, work efficiently, follow instructions, and can stay productive with minimal supervision. About Us We host all kinds of events — conventions, trade shows, weddings, concerts, banquets, and more. Our Operations Team works behind the scenes to prepare event spaces, support event execution, and ensure our facility is clean, organized, and ready for every guest. What You'll Do Every day brings something different. As an Operations Team Member, you will: Set up and break down chairs, tables, staging, pipe and drape, dance floors, electric and event décor Clean and prepare event spaces before, during, and after events Maintain a clean, organized, and professional facility environment Move equipment and assist with light maintenance, painting, and landscaping projects Operate event equipment such as pallet jacks and lifts (training provided) Follow detailed instructions and complete tasks accurately and efficiently Identify what needs to be done and take action without always being asked Work quickly and safely while maintaining quality standards This is hands-on, physical work in a fast-paced environment. Schedule & Pay Part-time position with hours based on event and facility needs Typically 0-20 hours per week Open availability is strongly preferred No overnight shifts What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is: Reliable, punctual, dependable, and accountable Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic Able to follow instructions and complete tasks correctly & efficiently Able to prioritize tasks Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision Someone who takes initiative and looks for ways to help Able to work at a fast pace while maintaining attention to detail A positive team player who communicates well Comfortable performing physical work, including lifting, moving, and setting up equipment Willing to clean and maintain spaces to a high standard Interested in learning new skills and growing with the team Previous customer service, event setup, maintenance, or facility experience is a plus, but not required Must have reliable transportation How to Apply Send us your resume and a brief note (or short cover letter) telling us: Why you want to join our team Your current weekday availability between 5:00 AM and 6:00 PM Any relevant experience or skills you bring to the role
