We partner with nonprofit organizations to increase awareness, drive engagement, and generate measurable results through live events and experiential marketing strategies. Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and outgoing Outreach & Event Assistant to support the planning, coordination, and execution of live marketing and fundraising events. This is an entry-level, customer-facing role ideal for individuals looking to build a career in marketing, sales, brand promotion, or event management. You will work directly with our marketing team to represent clients, engage with the public, and help drive campaign success through in-person outreach and sales-driven interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with the setup, execution, and breakdown of promotional fundraising events Represent our non-profit partners professionally at community events and pop-up campaigns Engage with potential donors through face-to-face marketing and sales conversations Educate the public on client products, services, or nonprofit missions Drive donations to meet sales goals at events Track daily performance metrics and provide feedback to leadership Support event logistics, scheduling, and territory coverage Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth event operations Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and leadership development sessions
Qualifications:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills Positive, outgoing, and team-oriented attitude Ability to work in a fast-paced, people-focused environment Self-motivated with a strong work ethic Comfortable with public interaction and sales-based conversations Prior experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales is a plus (not required)
Pay:
$700.00 - $1,000.00 per week
