Key Responsibilities Support event planning, logistics, and day-of event activities. Communicate with vendors, sponsors, attendees, and event partners. Track event supplies, materials, equipment, and inventory. Prepare event timelines, documents, schedules, and administrative records. Assist with attendee registration, check-in, and on-site guest support. Support event marketing and promotional activities across relevant channels.
