Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness without compromising quality. Create detailed event timelines and checklists to keep all stakeholders informed and on track. Coordinate with marketing to promote events and maximize attendance and engagement. Oversee on-site event operations, ensuring a smooth and memorable experience for all attendees. Gather and analyze feedback post-event to continuously improve our offerings and impact future events positively.
