Overview (Sporting Events Customer Service Paid Training) Rush Team Apparel , the Official Merchandise Supplier for major sporting events in the Pacific Northwest, is hiring Part-Time Event Staff / Merchandise Sales Associates ! This role is ideal for candidates searching for event staff , merchandise sales , customer service , retail , or travel-based work . You'll travel to sporting events and community events across Washington and Oregon, assist customers, process sales, and help create custom apparel on-site. Events will run October - early December. Pay $19.50 - $22.00 per hour Schedule & Availability Part-time, year-round (non-seasonal)

Availability:

Thursday-Sunday 6-8 hour shifts 12-30 hours per week Travel required throughout Washington and Oregon state, Required Blackout Weekends (Friday-Sunday) - 2026 Time off is not available during the following dates

Nov, 5-7, 27-29 Mandatory in person training will be conducted in early October Thu-Sat in Gig Harbor, WA Portland and Ellensburg, WA, location for your training will depend on proximity to your city of residence and available dates. Responsibilities Provide friendly, professional customer service at sporting events Process retail sales, payments, and orders accurately Produce custom apparel following company quality standards Assist with event setup and breakdown Rotate through event roles (sales, pressing, staging, order pickup) Support team members and help train new staff Requirements Ability to stand for 6-12 hour shifts Ability to lift up to 35 lbs (occasionally up to 40 lbs) Reliable transportation Valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance Age 16+ No experience required, paid training provided Preferred Qualifications Retail, sales, or food service experience Customer-facing or hospitality experience Familiarity with iPad or POS systems
