You'll be the heartbeat of every wedding we host — guiding couples through the planning process, orchestrating vendors, and ensuring each celebration unfolds exactly as envisioned. Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain detailed event timelines and layouts from initial planning through execution Serve as the primary point of contact for couples throughout the planning and coordination process Lead client planning meetings and walk-throughs to ensure every detail is accounted for Coordinate and manage vendor logistics, contracts, and deadlines Design, set up, and strike event decor Support client communications and planning meetings Manage rehearsals and event-day execution Collaborate closely with the Terra Valley Farms events team and venue staff to ensure seamless communication and a unified experience from setup through send-off Anticipate and resolve issues quickly and discreetly

Required Qualifications:

1 year of experience in event coordination, hospitality, catering, or venue operations Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple events and deadlines Availability to work evenings and weekends

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working at a wedding venue Familiarity with wedding platforms such as Prismm, The Knot, and Zola Experience managing and communicating with a wide range of vendors, including caterers, florists, photographers, and live entertainment Basic knowledge of décor setup, including table styling, lighting, and floral arrangements

Work Schedule & Environment:

This is a seasonal, contract role with scheduling built around booked events. Expect evening and weekend availability primarily. Work takes place entirely on-site at Terra Valley Farms in a beautiful outdoor garden setting. Work will involve extended periods of standing and walking, lifting to 30 pounds. Pay:

$22.00 - $24.00 per hour
