Lisa Dupar Catering is seeking an experienced Event Staff Manager to lead, develop, and inspire our front-of-house event team.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment and enjoys building great teams. The Event Staff Manager is responsible for recruiting, hiring, training, scheduling, and developing our service staff while ensuring every event reflects the exceptional standards for which Lisa Dupar Catering is known.
We produce events ranging from corporate functions and weddings to private celebrations and galas. Success in this role requires a strong hospitality background, outstanding communication skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and a genuine passion for creating memorable guest experiences.

What You'll Do
- Recruit, hire, train, schedule, and develop a high-performing event staff team
- Ensure every event is appropriately staffed and executed to Lisa Dupar Catering standards
- Anticipate challenges, solve problems proactively, and support teams in the field
- Partner with planners and operations leaders to deliver exceptional client experiences
- Champion our culture, service standards, and commitment to hospitality excellence.
- 3+ years of leadership experience in catering, hospitality, events, food & beverage, or a related industry
- Experience recruiting, hiring, and developing service staff
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional presence with strong interpersonal skills
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
- Passion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences.
- Catering or event management experience
- Experience leading teams in luxury hospitality environments
- Experience managing large-scale events and teams.
