Our kitchen headquarters is located in north Seattle, but our client base stretches all over western Washington. Event Lead Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with event planners and clients to ensure all service requirements are met
• Direct on-site staff to properly set, serve, and cleanup while maintaining organization/cleanliness
• Assist with event planning and coordination, including menu selection and setup
• Have capacity to work solo on jobs (smaller scale events only)
• Gather supplies for load out at the kitchen and direct loading team to make sure all necessary supplies make it on board to the event
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while handling food and equipment

Experience:

• Previous experience in food preparation, catering, or a related field is preferred
• Knowledge of restaurant, coffee, bartending, or hotel industry practices is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with others
