Sumas International Motorsport Academy - Sumas, WA We are looking for a couple of friendly, reliable people to join our team for Race Day on Saturday, October 10th at Sumas International Motorsport Academy. This is a one-day event position with two different roles available: 1. Scales Attendant You will be responsible for helping manage the scales area during the race day.

Responsibilities:

Weighing drivers and/or karts as required Recording weights accurately Helping keep the scales area organized and running smoothly Communicating clearly with drivers and race officials Following established race procedures Maintaining a calm, professional attitude during a busy event Ideal candidate: Reliable and punctual Comfortable working around a busy motorsports environment Detail-oriented and comfortable with numbers Able to follow instructions and established procedures Previous experience in karting or motorsports is helpful but not required 2.

Gate / Admission

Attendant You will be stationed at the entrance to the facility and help manage admission for spectators and guests.

Responsibilities:

Greeting guests as they arrive Selling admission wristbands Collecting payment Providing basic information and directions to guests Checking wristbands as needed Helping keep the entrance organized and welcoming Answering basic questions about the event Ideal candidate: Friendly and outgoing Comfortable handling cash and/or payments Good customer service skills Reliable and able to stay focused Comfortable working outdoors Previous customer service or event experience is an asset
