Job Overview:

We are looking for an energetic, highly organized, and customer-focused Party Coordinator to join our team in the Eau Claire, WI area. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our guests, running games and managing the birthday party to create unforgettable memories for children and parents.

Responsibilities and Duties Event Logistics:

Party setup and cleanup.

coordinate party themes:

Nerf Wars, Karoake, Team Sports, any other arrangements.

Day-of Execution:

Oversee the party from start to finish, greeting guests, ensuring activities run on schedule, and addressing any issues or guest needs promptly.

Customer Service:

Act as an ambassador for our brand, providing excellent customer service and responding to post-event feedback.

Qualifications and Skills Experience:

1-2 years of previous experience in customer service. Must love kids.

Communication:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with all ages, including parents and kids.

Energy & Professionalism:

A positive, "win the day" attitude with the ability to maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.

Availability:

Almost all shifts are weekends. Perfect side hustle for someone looking for extra cash. Shifts are 2.5-8 hours based on event schedule.
