Eden Catering is looking for an outgoing, dependable, and energetic Event Coordinator who enjoys working with people and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. If you have a great attitude, a sense of humor, and genuinely enjoy serving others, you could be a great fit! What You'll Do Create exceptional experiences for our catering customers from start to finish. Work with customers to quote catering orders using the Eden Catering menu. Create, edit, and review sales orders and invoices. Prepare catering equipment and supplies for deliveries and events. Deliver, set up, and serve catering events. Work closely with managers, supervisors, grillmasters, and team members to ensure every event runs smoothly. Follow safe food-handling and beverage service procedures. Help wherever needed to keep our customers happy and our events successful. What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is: Pleasant, outgoing, and customer-focused Dependable, honest, and hardworking Comfortable working independently and as part of a team Organized and able to manage multiple tasks Flexible and able to adapt when things change Comfortable communicating with customers and coworkers Available to work weekends Able to stand, walk, bend, reach, and work on your feet for extended periods Able to occasionally lift up to 40-50 pounds Office experience is a plus, but not required!
