There are two shifts available!

• Morning/Afternoon Weekday Crew Member
• Mon-Friday 11:30am-3:45pm (can be extended if employee requests longer shifts)
• Must be 18+ for this shift.
• Evening Crew Member
• Must be available to work until closing.

Sunday-Thursday you'd leave at 10:30pm. Friday-Saturday you'd leave at 11:30pm. Must be available to work weekends.

Pay starts from:

As a Crew Member, some of your core activities will include, but not be limited to: Execute the perfect Scoop, Dazzlers, Shakes, Smoothies and Cakes correctly to consistently produce exact serving size and a presentation of the highest standard with our products that meet our brand expectations. Sales! Recommend adding a cone or toppings that pair well with flavors Be attentive and extremely courteous to our guests Stock and maintain sufficient levels of products at stations to ensure smooth service Operate the point-of-sale register, processing orders and accepting payments. Keeping the shop in pristine condition (organizing, sweeping, mopping, wiping tables/glass) Be knowledgeable and capable in describing key attributes of the Häagen-Dazs product to guests Be knowledgeable of all recipes presented in the menu Have the ability to resolve guest concerns with empathy and care Perform all activities outlined in shift management procedures Ice cream Crew Members will be expected to : Be available to work weekends, and evenings. Provide consistent, world-class service to every single customer.
