The Role We are looking for a sharp, energetic team member to run our gelato stand. When the brewery is bumping, you will be the face of our sweet side—serving up high-quality gelato with speed and a great attitude. Because we work in a compact footprint, keeping your station impeccably clean and organized is non-negotiable. We are a "one team, one dream" operation. When the gelato stand slows down, you won't be standing around looking at your phone. We need someone proactive who will pivot to help the main kitchen with small prep tasks, restocking, or wiping down surfaces to keep the whole machine running smoothly.

What You'll Do:

Provide fast, friendly, and efficient service at the gelato stand. Maintain a relentlessly clean and organized workstation (tight spaces require working smart). Handle cash and point-of-sale transactions accurately. Monitor inventory levels for the gelato station and restock as needed.

Read the room during downtime:

jump in to fold boxes, prep simple ingredients, wash smallwares, or run food for the main kitchen team.

You have a positive attitude and thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy brewery environment. Prior food service experience is a plus, but we will train the right attitude. Schedule & Hours Hours are flexible, but we are primarily looking to cover our peak brewery traffic times. We are looking for 2-3 people to fill out the peak times. Our ideal candidate is available for the following shifts, or at least some of them:
