What You'll Do As a Crew Member, you'll help create a great experience for every guest while working alongside your team. Welcome and serve guests with a positive attitude Prepare fresh, quality subs to Jersey Mike's standards Make every sub correctly, including Mike's Way Take orders and provide great customer service Keep the restaurant clean, stocked, and organized Follow food safety and sanitation standards Work together during busy periods Learn different areas of the restaurant and help where needed Follow company policies, procedures, Core Values, and operating standards Take pride in your work and help create a great guest experience What We're Looking For 16 years or older to apply; 18 years or older to operate the mechanical slicer Dependable and reliable Friendly and positive attitude Good communication skills Strong customer service mindset Willing to learn and be coached Able to work well with a team Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Takes pride in doing things the right way No restaurant experience?
