THE PAY Total Earning Potential:

Up to $14.00/hr (Base + Tips, depending on experience)

THE ROLES & FEATURED SHIFTS

Morning Openers (6:00 AM - 3:00 PM | Must be 18+): Hold the keys to our morning success! Bake fresh bread daily, prep fresh produce, operate the slicer, set up equipment, and ensure our doors unlock with a fully stocked, sparkling clean store that is 100% store-ready before 9:59 AM . Lunch Time Crew (9:00 AM - 3:00 PM): Be a Lunch Rush Hero! Dress subs "The Mike's Way," cook hot cheesesteaks, and deliver elite guest service during our peak mid-day hours.

Sub Makers & Grillers:

Craft subs "The Mike's Way" or bring the heat on the grill making fresh cheesesteaks. Slicers (18+): Master the slicer and deliver authentic, face-to-face guest service.
