Car Wash Team Member

Job Purpose:

To provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers, assess their needs and provide recommendations for services. Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and tools. Ensure that the car wash area is clean, well-stocked and properly organized. Provide a high level of customer service by addressing customer concerns and inquiries. Follow safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment. Perform routine maintenance on equipment and vehicles. Collaborate with team members to achieve team and individual goals. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
