Job Description
Job types: Full-time. Part time Dickeys is known our for low, slow smoked meats, but fast, exceptional service. We strive to provide the best customer service with a smile, while also keeping a clean/positive environment for our guest. Employees are thoroughly trained for all four main positions:
Block :
The "meat master." The first person to greet the customer. Knows all menu items including portion sizes and weights.
Pantry:
Responsible for plating side items/ fried items.
Cashier/FOH:
Ring in customers orders and cleaning lobby. Dishwasher/BOH Base pay
+ Cash tips(daily)
+ Credit card tips(dispersed monthly)
