CALL CENTER MEDIATOR
We are looking to hire someone for our Mediator position. The job is in-person, M-F, 7:30am-4pm. The job pays hourly wage plus easy-to-hit commissions.
Job Description:
The Mediator roll is responsible for managing a set number of files per day that require outbound calls and answering inbound return calls. The calls need to be noted and sufficient note taking in place to ensure efficient file management. These calls are NOT sales calls or dept related. Mediators need to possess people skills and be able to communicate effectively will all walks of life. Due the frequency of inbound calls, Mediators are expected to be team players and can work in a fast-paced environment. Mediators are expected to have high school equivalent level grammar and spelling. Candidates need to be well spoken with a strong voice that can be heard on phone calls.
