Active Team Member with Chick-fil-A Sylacauga who works on a flexible, as-needed basis by picking up available house shifts. Great opportunity for adults looking for a secondary income that fits real life.

Flex-Shift Team Member Expectations:

Because this role operates on an as-needed basis Hours are not guaranteed Available shifts may vary based on business needs Picking up shifts is the responsibility of the Flex Team Member Once a shift is accepted, the Flex-Team Member is responsible for fulfilling their commitment. Flex-Team Members are expected to remain knowledgeable of operational & policy updates.
