Ridgewood Brothers' Barbecue is expand to expand to our new location and add new members to our crew. This individual will work with management and other members of our team to help assist in the operations of the restaurant. Day to day tasks include but are not limited to; dishwashing, meat prep, sides prep, restaurant maintenance/cleaning. An ideal candidate will have a passion for barbecue, southern food and the ability to pull inspiration from anywhere. Candidates must be able to follow both written and verbal instructions as well as identify potential issues/problems and resolve them using a proactive problem solving mindset. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals that are looking to broaden their horizons and make an impact on a team and within the industry. No experience is required but any experience within a commercial kitchen will be considered. You will train with us to learn our time proven methods while we work together to continuously improve our standards of excellence and curate the best customer experience we can possibly deliver.
