Pay:

Weekly $11 an hour while in training, not included in shared tip pool. (Usually 8 shifts) Out of training pay: $8-10 an hour hour plus shared tip pool.

Average hourly rate with tips:

$12 Out of training pay depends on prior experience and performance If an employee does not make at least $11 an hour with tips, they are reimbursed on their check
