Associate Referral Program Health & Wellness Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Preparing and stocking meat, poultry, and seafood displays with high-quality products. Include weighing, packaging, and seasoning product for customers Have and show an outgoing and friendly behavior; a positive attitude and the ability to interact with our customers. Be able to work inside a temperature-controlled area, and perform general housekeeping in the department; clean and sanitize work area (including tables, floor, walls, cases, cooler, freezer, etc.). Ensure that all product meets the highest freshness, quality, and safety standards. Gain and maintain knowledge of products sold within the department and be able to respond to questions and make suggestions about products. Label, stock, and inventory department merchandise. Report product ordering/shipping discrepancies to the department manager. Stay current with present, future, seasonal and special ads. Ensure proper temperatures in cases and coolers are maintained and product logs are maintained. Create an environment that enables customers to feel welcome, important, and appreciated by answering questions regarding products sold within the department and throughout the store.
