Responsibilities:

Prepare fresh, made-to-order sandwiches according to customer specifications and company recipes Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked sandwich prep station Slice meats, cheeses, and vegetables to order while following proper food safety protocols Provide fast, friendly, and accurate customer service at the counter Monitor ingredient freshness and communicate low stock levels to management Follow all food handling, sanitation, and workplace safety guidelines Assist with opening and closing duties as needed

Requirements:

Previous experience in food service, sandwich making, or a deli environment preferred Knowledge of basic food safety and sanitation practices Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced setting Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs Food Handler's Card or willingness to obtain one upon hire Reliable, punctual, and a team-oriented mindset
