Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their inquiries and needs
• Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, faxing, and filing
• Maintain accurate records and update databases as needed
• Assist with inventory management and order supplies as necessary
• Handle cash transactions and maintain a balanced cash drawer
• Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
• Assist with technical sales by providing product information and recommendations to customers

Experience:

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Excellent time management skills to ensure efficient completion of duties
• Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication
• Previous experience in a clerical or customer service role is preferred
• Familiarity with technical sales or product knowledge is a plus
