Job Description

The beautiful Hilton Sedona Resort at Bell Rock is preparing to unveil its newly renovated hotel spa and fitness center this fall! This is an exciting time to join the team at Sedona's only Hilton corporate-managed hotel. We're looking for a Spa Sales Manager to drive spa group bookings and membership sales while supporting the day-to-day operations of the spa. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a new and exciting chapter for the resort and help create memorable experiences for our guests.
Schedule:
Flexible scheduling is required. Spa hours are from 6:00am-8:00pm

Here's what you'll do during a typical day: Develop, prepare, negotiate, and manage proposals and agreements for group opportunities and other sales initiatives. Ensure all commitments are accurately communicated and executed in accordance with company policies, pricing strategies, and operational capabilities. Lead the development and growth of the Spa Membership program, including membership acquisition, onboarding, engagement, retention, renewal, referral, and utilization strategies. Develop compelling membership value propositions, member benefits, incentives, communications, and experiences that encourage long-term loyalty and participation. Develop and lead strategic sales and business development initiatives to drive spa revenue, membership growth, market penetration, and long-term retention. Cultivate high-value relationships and strategic partnerships across local, corporate, residential, wellness, hospitality, and community markets to expand the Spa's reach, generate qualified business, and maximize revenue through partnerships, referrals, and corporate wellness opportunities. Oversee the gym/fitness center, wellness class programming, and fitness and wellness providers to ensure a consistent, elevated guest and member experience. Manage class schedules, provider coordination, programming, utilization, service standards, and operational needs. Recruit, onboard, orient, support, and maintain relationships with fitness and wellness providers as applicable. Monitor provider performance and guest feedback and identify opportunities to improve programming, participation, and revenue. Conduct external Sales activities including client appointments, networking events, community events, wellness activations, site inspections, property tours, and local outreach opportunities. Represent the Spa and property in a professional manner while actively promoting services, memberships, fitness facilities, wellness classes, and special events. Plan and facilitate membership events, local activations, wellness experiences, open houses, pop-ups, partner events, fitness events, classes, and other initiatives designed to increase awareness, generate leads, strengthen relationships, drive membership conversion, and ongoing engagement with local community.
Oversee daily spa operations:
Manage guest service, product quality, inventory, systems, and departmental budgets to ensure smooth and effective spa performance Maximize revenue opportunities: Develop spa menus and implement marketing and merchandising strategies to support revenue growth and enhance the guest experience Maintain spa facilities: Ensure spa areas and equipment are well-maintained, clean, and in excellent working order Enhance guest satisfaction: Monitor service trends, respond to feedback, and implement improvements to elevate the overall spa experience Inspire and develop the team: Supervise, coach, and mentor team members; conduct performance evaluations, provide professional development opportunities, and recognize achievements to build, engage, and retain a high-performing team Uphold regulatory standards: Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation, ensuring the highest standards of guest and team member wellbeing
