Job Description

A Baskin-Robbins Crew or Team Member serves ice cream and treats, operates cash registers, maintains store cleanliness, and follows food safety rules. Entry-level jobs require a friendly attitude, the ability tO stand for long periods of time.
Main Duties Serve Guests:
Scoop ice cream, make sundaes, and prepare drinks or specialty cakes.
Handle Cash:
Take customer orders and operate the cash register or POS system.
Keep Clean:
Clean equipment, tables, counters, and work areas.
Stock Inventory:
Restock supplies, toppings, and products in storage and refrigerators.
Job Requirements Age:
Usually at least 16 years old.
Skills:
Good communication and basic math for counting money.
Physical:
Stand for long shifts and lift up to 25-30 pounds.
Experience:
No prior experience needed; training is provided.
