Perfect for friendly, dependable people who love community and great customer service. Responsibilities Handle the check-in process at the front desk and answer incoming calls. Explain all membership offerings and ways to play at The Picklr. Run all core programs at the club. Use club software (PlayByPoint, Aircall, HubSpot, Wingfield, SWISH, etc.). Provide excellent customer service and assist with club cleaning and maintenance. Complete assigned trainings on time. Qualifications Able to clearly explain memberships and programming and communicate well with the team. Can organize, create, and run program calendars and schedules. Handles multiple tasks and stays composed during busy shifts. Proficient with basic computer and club software; able to lift up to 30 lbs.
